You are only entitled to a refund of any amount paid, if that refund must be paid by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Disputes

Any dispute that arises out of these Terms of Use must first be referred to Jodie Norman Writes for resolution, by emailing jodie@jodienormanwrites.com containing a summary of the issues and your proposed resolutions. CD will do its best to resolve this dispute with you within 14 business days of being notified. If the parties are not able to resolve the dispute in that time frame, then it may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Jodie Norman Writes at its discretion may change, delete or amend website information, terms of service, privacy policy, copywriting agreement and individual contract without liability or notice to you.
